As President of SAMIC - San Miguel de Abona Tourism Cluster - I would like to greet all the companies that have trusted us to lead this great project and encourage all others with tourism interests in San Miguel to join us.
SAMIC was born from the initiative of a group of businessmen, with tourist interests in San Miguel, who have decided to join forces to try to improve relations with the institutions and to be able to obtain improvements in Promotion, Infrastructure or other needs of the municipality.
One of our main objectives is to improve the positioning of our destination as a competitive tourist center, increasing its quality. To this end, we consider it essential to create a tourist brand, or promote an existing one, which encompasses the municipality and defines us as an exclusive tourist destination.
SAMIC aims to be a tool, at the service of our associates, where ideas, actions and technologies are shared to promote the economic growth of the destination and lead us to a more innovative, sustainable and healthy tourism.
